Do you only do solar panels?
No. We install solar panels, heat pumps, energy storage and air conditioning, and most of our customers end up asking us for more than one of these.
Can you add a battery to a system you did not originally install?
Yes, extending an existing solar installation with energy storage or a hybrid inverter is something we do regularly.

Appointments
Do you help with the paperwork for grants like Moje Prąd or Zielona Energia?
Yes, several of our installations have gone through these programmes and our office handles the formalities alongside the install.
What happens if something goes wrong after the installation?
We come back out and fix it. A call-out can take longer at busy times than we would like, but we do not leave a fault unresolved.
How far do you travel for a job?
We install across the region around Żory and have taken on jobs further out where it made sense.
Do I need to be in to let you in for a quote visit?
Someone needs to show us the roof or plant room and answer a few questions, but it is a short visit and we work around your day.

Is there parking when I come to the office?
Yes, there is free parking right at the door, with a wheelchair-accessible space and step-free entrance.
Is the building accessible if I use a wheelchair?
Yes, the entrance, the toilet and the parking are all wheelchair-accessible.
